1) All rules for other boards also apply here.
2) Criticism of the government or any of its actions are allowed as long as they are in the public's interest and are true. (After all isn't that what a democracy is all about - being able to openly and freely criticise your government?)
3) Racism will not be tolerated, although the criticism of racist activities is permitted. (As long as they do not conflict with the previous rules mentioned)
